Sweet Relief
"Did you know that . . .
Loosey Goosey reduces intensity of Migraine Headache!"
"Shh, not so loud, migraine can make you sensitive to light and sound and smells."
"Yes, that's why the world needs to know that Loosey Goosey reduces headache pain."
"And with no aggravating minty smell you can use LG at any stage of headache!"
I carry a teeny tiny little scoop of Loosey Goosey Warming Muscle & Joint Rub in my purse. It is in a teeny tiny little jar that I carefully washed out and filled with Loosey Goosey.
(One day Bodelevy will make a travel size portion of LG just for this purpose.)
I carry this teeny tiny little scoop of Loosey Goosey with me everywhere I go for those times when I feel a migraine or headache coming on. For me, the tension starts in my shoulders, travels to my neck and then KAPOW! I am down for the count.
When Courtney Green first made up a batch of Loosey Goosey Warming Muscle and Joint Rub for us to try out . . .
I used it on my back, sore from reaching for something the wrong way,
I used it on a bruise on my thigh, from bumping into the edge of a table,
I used it on my hand, stressed from overuse,
and then one day . . .
I rubbed it on my shoulders when they were getting tight indicating an on-coming migraine. I also rubbed some into that little cleft just above my collarbone. That spot above my collarbone tightens up with the onset of a headache. There are muscles in there that hold my head up and they get crunchy and tight.
. . . and Loosey Goosey didn’t cure me that day, but it sure made the migraine process more manageable. Usually I have to lie in bed in a dark room. This time I didn’t feel great but I was able to get on with my day and not have that feeling of losing so much valuable time.
I get headaches and migraines for all kinds of reasons:
hunching over the computer - like right now,
eating something I shouldn’t eat,
overdoing it at exercise,
getting the sun in my eyes.
Now I can stave off the worst effects of migraine and . . .
. . . a couple of times I am sure that I prevented the whole migraine from happening at all.
In fact, I just popped out of my chair and ran upstairs and rubbed some Loosey Goosey all over my neck and shoulders. I’ll rub it on my feet too once I put some socks on.
Hope for Migraine Sufferers in a pretty little jar! Buy some RELIEF today.

Collar Bone
Pressure Points
for Headache:
There is a pain relief pressure point in the little cleft just above your collarbone about five inches away from the middle of your throat.
Using your left hand place your fingers in the cleft on the right side of your neck
and apply gentle pressure.
Let the right arm and hand hang down and loose.
You might have to feel around bit to find the right spot and then you should feel a release in your armpit and down your right arm.
Repeat on the left side. Using your right hand place your fingers in the cleft on the left side of your neck and apply gentle pressure.
Let the left arm and hand hang down and loose.
You might have to feel around bit to find the right spot and then you should feel a release in your armpit and down your left arm.
Next rub Loosey Goosey all over where it is tight and we hope you feel better.
