My personal routine for Bumps Be Gone goes a little something like this:
I shower at night. That’s my time.
After a big day of yoga, running, and, working hard as a mother of three, with two bustling business to manage, the shower is my escape to peace . . . for a minute!
Then some wonderful small child will find their way in and tell me something really important that just can NOT wait another 5 minutes!
In the shower I use an ayate exfoliating washcloth which is derived from agave plants. I love it. It has just the right amount of exfoliating power. I use it with a cleansing oil that I made myself. (Look for Wash your Troubles Away cleansing oil on the Bodelevy Botanicals website soon.)
After I’m all clean and and my tiny visitor has left the room I dry off and apply Bumps Be Gone Overnight Smoothing Balm to my arms, thighs, and tummy (it helps lighten the old deep stretch marks). Slathering on Bumps Be Gone is the most luxurious part of my routine. or the best part of my routine. For years I hid my arms so no one could see the signs of keratosis pilaris. But now I have the help of yarrow, calendula, chamomile and zinc. Bumps Be Gone is a total game changer!
After brushing my teeth and putting on my pajamas I hop into bed to read.
When I wake up, my skin is oh so soft, and feels smooth and so yummy!
I apply a light oil of jojoba and almond oil to help rub away any signs of the zinc from Bumps Be Gone that might be left over on my skin.
And off I go into a new day, filled with joy, and the confidence to bare my arms!
As summer approaches I’m excited to wear short sleeve shirts and shorts and let my true skin shine.
For three years I’ve been using and testing this incredible formula on my skin so I can tell you it works!
I hope you have a wonderful experience using Bumps Be Gone Overnight Smoothing Balm. Please share your success stories with us, we love being a part of your best life!
