Our products are created to help solve real life problems, and with sustainability in mind. We encourage you to read our blogs and learn more about our wonderful products before making any purchase. We don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is delivered by the mail carrier, it will be the customer’s responsibility to file any claims with the carrier. If your package becomes lost during transit, we will do everything we can to get it to you, and if we can’t, a replacement will be sent.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery. Please send photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you on how to proceed with a replacement.
